Use Marble or any other fireproof material as a surround
to go between Mantle & fireplace opening. Normally 10" to 12"
in average cases. No fireplace is too small to accept one
of these mantles
If Brick, Marble or Drywall is allready around opening, just install mantle against that surface
approx 200 lbs.
